If golf is your passion, it’s hard to beat Phoenix, Arizona as a vacation destination. As
the fifth largest city in the United States, Phoenix offers a wide variety of activities, restaurants, and most importantly, stunning golf courses for golf enthusiasts. Phoenix golf, compared to other cities, is unparalleled.  The city boasts more than 200 golf courses, so hitting the links will be effortless, and with an average of 330 days of sunshine each year, you’ll get plenty of tee time.

Wigwam Golf

From city landscapes, to canyon and mountain views, the beautiful Sonoran Desert serves as the visual backdrop for The Wigwam golf courses. It may be difficult to concentrate on your swing when you see the vistas and views. Set amongst desert land, each lush and green golf course seems like an oasis. If you’re looking for an award-winning Phoenix golf experience, look no further than The Wigwam. Voted a “2012 Best Course” by Golfweek, “Best of the Desert” by Links Magazine, and a “Top Ten Place to Link up with your Family” by USA Today, The Wigwam draws golfers from around the world.

Golfers of all levels love to stay and play at the legendary Wigwam. Since 1929, the 440-acre Wigwam resort has represented luxury and timeless elegance. The Wigwam offers three, 18-hole championship golf courses, each lush and green like an oasis.

  • The Gold: Robert Trent Jones Sr. designed this course in 1964. At more than 7,430 yards, you’ll love this challenging par-72 course.
  • Heritage: Filled with water features and bordered by lush trees, this 6,900 yard par-72 golf course will test you to the end.
  • Patriot: Jones also created this beautiful 6,000 yard long, technically challenging par-70 course. Be prepared to navigate around bunkers, ponds and dog-leg fairways.

Booking a tee time at any of these courses is a breeze with Wigwam’s online reservation system. Simply pick the date you wish to play, plug in the number of players in your party, choose your preferred price range, and tell us the times you’d like to golf. We’ll automatically show you all the options at all of our courses.
